Mission
The association exists to keep a well-maintained, harmonious building: integrity, respect, and decisions made carefully with residents in mind.
The building
Four floors on a side street in Coral Ridge, with a pool in the front yard, a canopy over the door, and the association's own parking. It has been looked after steadily, and it shows.
How it is run
Day to day operations run through a property manager working with the board. Questions get a person on the phone, not a queue. The manager is Paul Sorrentino, and the office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday.
